Greg loses everything in his divorce including his job, his car and his home.  His best friend Andy takes him out for a day on the town to forget his troubles, but the evening only leads to more trouble. While trying to get away from Andy, Greg is  hit by a car driven by Amanda, a woman who Greg can't seem to keep his cool around.

Oddly, Amanda, an event planner who is new in town also can't maintain her cool when around Greg, causing for some very awkward moments as they try to build a meaningful relationship.
