Summary: While in the hood shooting graffiti Caleb Strong catches a murder on film, and flees for his life.  Later, while in witness protection, the bus carrying the murderer he fingered is hijacked, causing a man-hunt for the escaped convicts; and a race to keep Caleb alive before his identity is discovered.
